A frequently arrested Redding man is accused of robbing the Goodwill Store. At around Noon Saturday an employee of the large Hilltop Drive thrift store was shoved out of the way by a man who then smashed a cash register on the floor and grabbed up handfuls of money before fleeing on foot. He was tracked by witnesses, who told arriving police that he was hiding in the bathroom at Dairy Queen. 31-year-old Matthew Minder was taken into custody. He’s been arrested about 18 times in the past 18 months for retail theft and drug-related charges.
