Detectives ID Suspect After Stabbing At The Tehama County Fair

A suspect has been identified in the stabbing of a young teen at the Tehama County Fair. Last Friday night a 13-year-old boy suffered multiple stab wounds during a fight at the fairgrounds in Red Bluff. He remains hospitalized in stable condition. Tehama County Sheriff’s Detectives have an arrest warrant for 17-year-old Francisco Thomas Sanchez, who goes by the name “Franky”. The Red Bluff boy faces charges of attempted murder and assault with a deadly weapon. After the incident, detectives say Franky fled the scene and has not returned home. He’s believed to be in the Red Bluff area. He’s 5-foot-10 and 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.
