PG&E: Planned Outage Will Cut Power To Around 4,000 Customers Tuesday Night

A large area of Northeastern Shasta County and Northwestern Lassen County will have their electricity shut off Tuesday. PG&E crews will be doing work at a substation in Fall River Mills as part of a $56 Million upgrade to equipment at the Pit One Powerhouse. The work will require a shut off to about 4,000 PG&E customers in Fall River Mills, McArthur, Bieber, Nubieber and Little Valley. The switch goes off at 11 O’clock Tuesday night and should be restored at 7 O’clock Wednesday morning.
