Turtle Bay Museum Has Ansel Adams Photographs On Display Through Sunday

This weekend is the last chance for a while to see some Ansel Adams photographs up close at Turtle Bay Museum. Adams is credited by many with turning photography from a curiosity to an artform. Turtle Bay is celebrating their 20th anniversary by displaying some Ansel Adams original photos from their own collection, which have been on tour at other museums. The current showing only runs through this Sunday. An exhibit on display through May is called “Nature’s Blueprints: Mimicry In Art And Design” and explores the way human innovation has drawn on forms, patterns and processes found in the natural world.
