Man Pleads Not Guilty To Killing Redding Man In June Of 2021

A 28-year-old man has been ordered held to answer charges involving the murder of a Redding man on the evening of Friday June 25th of last year. Supensive Lee was extradited from Minnesota in December. 35-year-old Patrick Baker was shot in the presence of his wife and 8-year-old daughter during an argument outside his home at the Hacienda Apartments on Churn Creek Road. RPD Detectives identified Lee as the suspect and an arrest warrant was issued. On November 25th police in Blaine, Minnesota made contact with Lee on a routine noise complaint and the warrant came up. Lee has entered a not guilty plea and his bail remains at $1 Million. He’ll return to court February 18th.
