National Guard Sends Medics To Help Treat COVID Patients At Mercy

The latest COVID-19 information for Shasta County is from Thursday, when another 4 deaths were reported, as well as another 82 new Covid cases. 601 people are known to be carrying the virus in Shasta County, 95 of them in the hospital and 21 in the ICU. The surge in hospitalizations has brought 14 National Guard Medics to assist at Mercy Hospital in Redding.
