Police: Sleeping Felon Found Hard Drugs During Traffic Stop

A Cottonwood man woke up in his pickup truck in Corning to find he was in a lot of trouble. 36-year-old Steven Patrick Looysen had a felony warrant in Tehama County, so after Corning Police woke him up, they arrested him and searched his truck. They reported finding almost 5 Ounces of the highly concentrated drug Fentanyl, as well as Black Tar Heroin, Methamphetamine and a lot of money. Looysen was booked into jail on multiple felony charges.
