Man Sentenced To 29 Years For Sexually Assaulting Teen Girls

A man is accused of taking advantage of a living arrangement to sexually assault two teenage girls has been given a long prison sentence. 21-year-old Donald Conner was arrested last November. He had been helping a man remodel his house on Douglass Street in Red Bluff. In exchange for the work, he was being allowed to stay at the house and was promised compensation when the job was done. Because there was not a lot of space in the house during the remodel, Conner was sleeping in the same room with the man’s 14 and 16-year-old daughters. Over the course of several months Conner sexually assaulted both of the girls at night, including rapes, while the parents slept in another room. Conner has been sentenced to 29 years in state prison.
