A Red Bluff man who showed up at a stranger’s home in Shasta Lake City suffering from gunshot wounds is refusing to say who shot him. AT 3:45PM Thursday afternoon Shannon Dill called 9-1-1 from her Buckeye Street home. 40-year-old Justin Wayne Vandyke had arrived bleeding and asking for help. He had been shot twice but would not tell deputies who did it or why, or where it happened. He was taken to Mercy Hospital and was in stable condition. Deputies spoke with a number of people around the neighborhood but nobody could provide a clue about the shooting. Anyone with information can call the sheriff’s office at 245-6540.
