Shasta County Sheriff’s Deputies looking for a wanted man in Lakehead ended up finding a different wanted man, and a wanted woman too. Just before 9AM Thursday morning, deputies tried to serve a civil order on 37-year-old Lucas David Childs at his Snowbird Lane home. He’s a parolee with felony warrants for weapons charges. As they approached an RV on Big Oak Lane they encountered 25-year-old Camren James Taylor, who’s been wanted for a while and has eluded several local law enforcement agencies. Taylor started running but came to a halt when Fritz the K9 started barking. He was arrested for multiple outstanding felony warrants. Childs slipped away but his trailer was searched and a gun was found. He’s believed to have a gun with him as well and is considered armed and dangerous. He’s still being sought and his photo is on the KQMS Facebook page. 28-year-old Lisa Marie Deaton was there and gave a false name, but when her identity was confirmed she was arrested on warrants.
