“Jumpstart” Program Looks To Accelerate Fundraising For Non-Profits

Some non-profit organizations that do great work are not so great at asking for money to stay afloat. The Community Foundation of the North State may have a solution. It’s called “Jumpstart Fundraising Accelerator”. It pairs non-profits with a personal fundraising coach who provides advice and technical assistance to organizations in need of some organizing. In the last 6 years, Jumpstart has helped more than 3,500 recipients raise an average of 27% more funding. The local Community Foundation of the North State is arranging the support for six local non-profits that have yet to be selected. Hopefuls can learn more on the Foundation’s Facebook Page or 244-1219.
