The Covid pandemic couldn’t stop the 79th annual Red Bluff Bull and Gelding Sale over the weekend. The event is vital to the beef industry. The top priced Gelding was sold for $47,000. A total of 42 Geldings were auctioned, bringing an average of more than $18,000. 281 Bulls were sold, averaging $4572, with the top price being a Sim-Angus that sold for $16,500. That’s better than last year’s top Angus Bull that brought in $13,000. The top stock dog went for $17,000.
