No PSPS For NorCal This Time

North State counties will apparently not be affected by a possible public safety power shutoff announced for Monday by PG&E. The pre-emptive safety measure is likely in the central California counties of Fresno, Kern, Madera, Mariposa and Tulare, where the Weather Service is predicting possible hurricane-force winds.  Winds in the north valley are forecast to be up to 40 MPH.
