A Redding man is missing. 34-year-old Anthony Richards, who goes by “Tony”, was reported missing by his family Sunday. They haven’t seen him since he left his home early in the morning last Thursday. Since then he has failed to show up for work and for a planned family meeting. Tony Richards is a white man, 5-foot-9 and 155 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes.
