Shasta Regional Community Foundation Announces New Name

The Shasta Regional Community Foundation has changed their name to the Community Foundation of the Northstate to better reflect their mission and scope, and they’re giving away $15,000 to three non-profits that will be chosen by whoever wants to cast a vote online. The foundation exists to manage the funds of a wide variety of non-profit organizations. The foundation has been around for 20 years and during that time they’ve distributed more than $34 Million. To celebrate 20 years of service and their new name, the Community Foundation of the North State is giving away a $5,000 grant to each of three non-profit organizations to be chosen online at cfnorthstate.org/vote.
